Free Adult Gap Year Workbook

Since starting my gap year, I received questions about what I did that actually got me to the point of taking off. Initially, I was hesitant to answer those questions because I think everyone has their own reasons as to why they want to take time off from work, and planning from that perspective would differ from person to person. Giving you a step-by-step playbook didn’t settle well with me because I don’t know if that would be the right steps for you.

But after thinking about it, the tools I used to prepare myself and execute my ‘Adult Gap Year’ were based on understanding my ‘why’ and using well-established tools along the way; those tools/prompts are widely available so I figure I could share what I used with you!

Need Guidance or someone to be your soundboard?

While I decided not to pursue writing a book and/or take on a bigger/active role in developing more materials within this #AdultGapYear niche (because it’s growing! thanks tech!), I’m happy to lend support and be a soundboard on your journey if you decide to dive into it.

If you want someone to bounce ideas with, be a soundboard to your planning, and would like general guidance in making sure that your gap year reflects you and your goals, then I’d love to be part of that journey.

If you’re in the Greater New York area, we can grab coffee and talk, or if you’re elsewhere we can schedule a Zoom call!
